As Managing Director Business Services at UPC Broadband, Frans-Willem de Kloet is responsible for the overall Business to Business market at UPC in Europe. Within this market, UPC Broadband serves 3 customer segments: Small Businesses, Medium to Large Businesses and Wholesale in 10 different countries with services such as advanced voice, data, internet and hosting.

Frans-Willem has a 16 year track record of developing new businesses and accounts within the international IT & Telecommunications sector.

Prior to UPC he worked at Hewlett Packard where he was responsible for the Dutch Telecom, Media, Entertainment, and Financial Services sector. In addition, he is a former Regional Director of Global accounts at MCI/Verizon and responsible for setting up several successful international and local start-ups between 1993 and 2005. As most telecommunication professionals in the Netherlands he started his career at KPN Telecom.
