 Herman Veenstra has worked in high-tech environments for the last 20 years ranging from the PC industry to mobile industry, to where he has spent the last 9 years, the cable industry. He joined the UPC group in ’99 where he became responsible for the European Sales and Marketing Operations for Chello. In 2005 he moved to UPC headquarters where he currently works as Vice President Marketing Operations. He has an extensive background in the development and implementation of Acquisition, Retention and Life Cycle Management Strategies. In recent years the focus has been more and more on harmonizing the challenges to maximize Customer Value whilst reducing Cost through the usage of Customer Segmentation.
