Conference Welcome Kit - Euro 2 000 
Overview:
During the hotel check in process, each conference attendee will be given a welcome kit that includes a “Welcome to the Conference “ letter, a city guide and other materials that will make the start of the conference seamless, and their stay in Lisbon enjoyable. The kit will be neatly presented in a EuroSummit ’09 branded envelope.
Sponsorship Highlights:
- Along with the CTAM Europe logo, the sponsor’s logo will appear on the “Welcome to the Conference” letter, and on the outside of the envelope
- Sponsor has the option of including branded materials and a give-away in the packet. (Materials must fit inside an A4 sized envelope.)
- Sponsor’s logo will appear on the CTAM Europe / EuroSummit 09 web site and in the conference brochure
- Two complimentary EuroSummit ‘09 registrations will be included in this sponsorship
