Customer Life Cycle Management Track Sessions - Euro 10 000

Overview:
CTAM Europe believes that the concept of customer lifecycle management, while still evolving in the cable industry, can have a dramatically positive impact on the overall customer experience and ultimately on an organization’s bottom line. As such, we have added a “Customer Life Cycle Management” (CLM) track into the EuroSummit ’09 agenda. Sessions and presentations will focus on defining CLM and introducing how organizations can take advantage of and begin to implement CLM as a part of their customer interactions.

Sponsorship Highlights:
  • Signage with the sponsor’s name and logo will be positioned in conference rooms through out the conference
