Customer Care Track Sessions - Euro 10 000

Overview:
Because CTAM Europe recognizes that customer service plays an important role with marketing in shaping the overall customer experience, we have incorporated a “Customer Care” track into the EuroSummit ’09 agenda. Included are sessions and presentations that focus on communicating best practices and new strategies in customer care for the cable industry.  

Sponsorship Highlights:
  • Signage with the sponsor’s name and logo will be positioned in conference rooms through out the conference
  • Sponsor has the option of distributing materials/displaying signage in the Customer Care track session conference room
  • An executive from the sponsor will introduce the CC sessions
  • Sponsor’s logo will appear on the CTAM Europe / EuroSummit ‘09 web site and in the conference brochure
