Kick-Off Party: Cocktails & Dinner sponsorship - Euro 20 000

Overview:
Following the cocktail hour on day one of the conference, a networking Kick-Off party has been planned for the conference attendees. The party will include a local menu, wine, beer, soft-drinks as well as coffee/tea and dessert. Music and entertainment will also be provided. The intent is to offer attendees a unique and fun opportunity to enjoy Lisbon, while offering an occasion to network with colleagues.

Sponsorship Highlights:
  • Dinner venue will be decorated with banners highlighting the sponsor’s name and logo
  • An executive from the sponsoring organization will jointly welcome guests, with CTAM Europe’s representatives
  • Sponsor’s logo will appear on the CTAM Europe / EuroSummit ‘09 web site, and in the conference brochure
  • Additional signage/give-aways, provided by the sponsor, can be positioned throughout the dinner area
